CARSON CITY, NEV. — Aloha Medicinals, a supplier of mushroom ingredients, has launched FungiFuse, a portfolio of functional mushroom solutions.
The company said its portfolio offers manufacturers soluble, neutral-flavored mushroom ingredients for ready-to-drink beverages, functional shots, powdered beverage mixes, bars and dietary supplement applications.
“The mushroom category has grown rapidly over the past few years, but there have been challenges with taste, texture and processing limitation of traditional mushroom ingredients,” said Tony Nguyen, vice president of sales at Aloha. “FungiFuse solves those challenges and provides brands with solutions that are easy to formulate with and enjoyable to consume.”
